Three school heads acted as speakers in different topics namely Miss Charina A. Morales, Principal II of Panilao Elementary School, Mr. Wilbert Langreo, Principal I of Sta. Rosa Elementary School and Mrs. Janette B. Afable, Head Teacher III of Balut Elementary School.
