PILAR, Bataan - The Municipality of Pilar headed by Mayor Alicia D. Pizarro conducted a Basic/ Intermediate Incident Command System (ICS) Training last July 29-31 at the Mansion Garden Hotel in Subic among the members of Pilar Municipal Disaster and Risk Reduction Council (MDRRC) and all the punong barangays of said town.
No less than PSS Flynn E. Dongbo, the new Bataan PNP Provincial Director attended the training together with the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) Fire Department, SBMA Police and Office of the Civil Defense 3 as observers.
Facilitated by the Regional Disaster and Risk Reduction Management Council (RDRRMC) chaired by Director Josefina T. Timoteo, the training has the full support of Gov. Abet S. Garcia, Metropolitan Bataan Development Authority (MBDA) General Manager Charlie Pizarro and Bataan PDRRMC Head, Teresita Senora.
