Municipality of Pilar’s Human Resources Department Says Yes to Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS)

The HRD Department of the Municipality of Pilar is slowly yet dynamically implementing the Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS) thru the initiative of Miss Dolores V, Carunungan, the Department’s Head, and the full support of Mayor Alicia D. Pizarro.

The system is geared towards a more systematized way of assessing and helping improve performance of employees. This could result to more effective and efficient services at the municipality. The system is on its way to implementation and might complete to the year 2015.

Not only is the Human Resource Department concerned with the skills and performance of its employees, it is also supportive of their health and wellness. Every Monday at 4:00PM, the employees enjoys the Zumba session as initiated by our dear Mayor Alicia D. Pizarro. This adds to both the physical stamina of the employees and to their camaraderie as well as they enjoy exercising and dancing together.

With these dynamic activities and more to come, the people of Pilar is continuously assured of better performing employees ready to serve theme with gusto and lots of smile!
