Ever since the one-stop shop in the Municipality of Pilar initiated by our dynamic Mayor Alicia D. Pizarro opened to serve the people of Pilar, it has been systematic and easy to transact various businesses with our local government.
The shop has many windows that cater to the different services offered to the people such as paying community tax certificate, business permits, building permits, and many more. It is also easy to know the procedures in getting permits because the people serving in this office, or the front liners, are all welcoming and helpful to provide the relevant information needed by the clients.
Before, even a simple transaction seems to be complicated to do in a municipal or city office, now, little by little, through the dynamic changes initiated by our beloved Mayor, transacting businesses with the municipality has never been easier. The people of Pilar have seen the many continuous improvements not only in the physical structures but as well as with the efficient services they get from the hard-working and effective employees of the municipality, particularly those who are at the front desk at the information corner and at the windows of the one-stop shop.
