As part of the learning and growth perspective, educating and informing the municipal employees about history and culture is one of the initiatives towards the attainment of our vision. The 2nd Usapang Kasaysayan was conducted last September 29.
The speaker was Ms. Thelma Sangalang who discussed the history of our Patron, Nuestra Señora Del Pilar.
