As part of our initiatives in attaining our vision, Pilar is the Historical-Cultural Tourism Center of Luzon by 2020, the Vision Aligned Circle Clean oriented the sorters and garbage collectors of the different barangays of the new garbage collection schedule.
Present were Mayor Alice Pizarro, SB Member Victor Pizarro, Municipal Department Heads, Barangay Captains and Clean VAC Members.
