LGU-Pilar conducts Gender and Development (GAD) Program Planning and PPAs Identification Seminar for FY 2024 - True to its thrust of implementing projects, programs and activities that are in line with the policies of the national government and existing statutory mandates, the Municipal Government of Pilar successfully completed its GAD planning and PPAs identification, with its annual assessment of accomplishments for CY 2022, during a seminar on February 16-17, 2023 at the Plaza Hotel in Baguio City, attended by local officials and administrative heads led by Mayor Charlie Pizarro, as well as the officials from Sanggunian Bayan led by Vice Mayor Ces Garcia. Emphasis was given to the importance of the GeRL Assessment Tool in determining the gender responsiveness of the LGU programs.
