As part of the programs of the Municipality of Pilar to protect and to ensure the safety and health of its residents, Mayor Charlie Pizarro inaugurated the Municipal Command Center, through a simple blessing ceremony officiated by Fr. Lides Pomer and attended by PD Joel Tampis of the PNP- Bataan PPO, COP Emerson Coballes of Pilar MPS, Vice Mayor Mar Caguimbal and SB Members.
