ABOUT THE SERVICE

Indigent individuals or families may avail of the financial assistance from the Sangguniang Bayan of Pilar.

REQUIREMENTS

• Certificate of Indigence from Barangay
• Certificate of Indigence from MSWDO
• Hospital Bill/Doctor’s prescription (for medicine and/or laboratory test)
