ABOUT THE SERVICE
Indigent individuals or families may avail of the financial assistance from the Sangguniang Bayan of Pilar.
REQUIREMENTS
- Certificate of Indigence from Barangay
- Certificate of Indigence from MSWDO
- Hospital Bill/Doctor’s prescription (for medicine and/or laboratory test)
